One Bid
Upload the buyer’s pack and Reqify builds the compliance matrix. Your team decides bid / no-bid, drafts from your own content library with citations, fills the buyer’s Excel forms, runs the reviews and downloads the package.
Three measures to agree
- Time to a complete, compliant first draft: every section drafted and no mandatory requirement left without a section.
- Mandatory coverage: nothing mandatory missing from the matrix, and every mandatory requirement assigned, given a status and confirmed by a person.
- No unsupported claims at Gold: every statement about your firm cited or confirmed by your expert, and every SME ask closed.
Ready to start when: The buyer’s pack is uploaded — ideally an RFP closing 10 to 30 days after kickoff. You bring a named bid owner and two or three hours of one expert for the SME asks; we enter your first library records with you at kickoff.

- Price
- $149 per month on the Team plan. Your subscription renews on the billing date shown at checkout. Cancel before that renewal date to avoid the next charge.
- Seats
- Up to 5 full seats, plus free viewer seats for reviewers — yours or your client’s.
- Duration
- 30 days of guided evaluation from the agreed kickoff, once your source material is ready. We confirm the evaluation dates and subscription renewal date before you subscribe. The evaluation period does not change your billing cycle.
- Documents
- The Team plan’s 100 shared documents a month. A bid’s first read uses 10 and covers its first drafts.
- Support
- A 60-minute kickoff, a 30-minute review every week, replies within one business day, and a written read-out of the three measures on day 30.
- Day 30
- Review the results and decide whether to continue on Team, discuss Enterprise, or cancel. To avoid another charge, cancel before your subscription renewal date, even if it falls before the evaluation ends.

Before kickoff
Which pilot should we choose?
Choose the work that is on your desk in the next 30 days. A discovery starting soon suits One Discovery; an RFP with a deadline inside the month suits One Bid. If it’s both, start with the one that has the harder deadline.
Is it free?
No — the Team subscription costs $149 per month and renews unless cancelled. Your 30-day guided evaluation starts at the agreed kickoff; billing follows the renewal date shown at checkout. We confirm both dates before you subscribe.
What if the RFP isn’t a fit?
Bids reads RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, tenders, SOQs and EOIs as Word, PDF or Excel files, and fills the buyer’s Excel forms in place. It doesn’t fill Word or PDF forms, and the package is Word only — save the volumes as PDF from Word. We’ll look at the pack with you before kickoff.
Do we need to replace Jira or our document templates?
No. Reqify works alongside your delivery tools and exports to Word, PDF and Excel with your logo, colours and fonts. It applies your brand to its own document structure; it doesn’t conform to a client’s .dotx template.
Will our data remain private?
Each organisation has its own workspace with row-level tenant isolation. Documents are stored encrypted in the region you pick for each project — Canada, the US or the EU — and customer content isn’t used to train models. SOC 2 Type II is in progress; we answer security questionnaires ourselves.
